My health has deteriorated significantly since I started working overtime more frequently. Actually, I work in an office at a travel agency. Since I spend all day in the office handling reservations and processing paperwork, I spend most of my time sitting in a chair. As my workload increased significantly after COVID-19, working overtime has practically become a daily routine. After I get off work, I take care of the kids and prepare dinner, and the day is over before I even have a moment to catch my breath.
I developed a habit of ordering late-night snacks with colleagues while working overtime, and I think this has worsened my constitution. I gained 5kg in the past year, with the fat accumulating mainly around my face and stomach. Lately, I feel heavy when I wake up in the morning almost every day. Due to the nature of my work, I came across information about managing one's constitution while researching wellness products. I decided that I needed to take proper care of my body, so I started looking into men's Pilates. It has been over a year since I signed up for the Pilates class I used to attend, but I was thinking about starting again.
However, since my overtime schedule is irregular, I'm not sure if it will be possible to attend a center at a set time, and men's Pilates I'm not even sure if the classes are actually helping with weight management. Besides men's Pilates, I would appreciate it if you could let me know if there are any other methods suitable for this situation. I would be grateful if those who have tried managing their body type due to late-night snacking and an irregular lifestyle could share their honest experiences in the comments. (Image) Those with experience in men's Pilates are welcome too! Please also let me know which men's Pilates classes are good!

I came across this while looking into men's Pilates.
I found that when working overtime and eating late-night snacks pile up, your circulation really slows down quickly.
I used to live a similar lifestyle, but just cutting out late-night snacks made quite a difference in my body.
I looked into it at one point, too, but it was too difficult to coordinate my schedule, so I ended up not being able to attend.
Then I started using Deccanic tablets, and I actually felt a noticeable difference, much better than I expected, for my body whose circulation had been ruined by overtime work and late-night snacking.
Deccanic tablets? I've never heard of them.
Can men in their 40s take them?
I'm also curious if they are effective for weight gain caused by late-night snacking.
Since it's a product that's become popular through word of mouth on mom cafes, I thought it was mostly women taking it, but I've noticed quite a few men are taking it too.
They say the principle is that it helps cells consume energy more easily.
Oh, so Deccanic tablets are being mentioned here.
I'm considering trying them myself because I heard they're effective.
There are a lot of people around me who take them, and the reviews are all pretty good.
I understand you're hesitating about men doing Pilates.
But I kept putting it off because I was busy,
and only started moving after I gained even more weight around my stomach ㅠ
If you're going to start, I think the sooner the better.
If you have a habit of eating late-night snacks, the effectiveness of the workout might be cut in half even if you attend.
I think it would be better to cut down on late-night snacking before you start exercising.
If you have irregular overtime work and late-night snacks, you are prone to accumulating fat easily. If you find it difficult to schedule Pilates for men, I think it would be best to start with exercises you can do lightly at home.
If you haven't exercised for over a year,
it's best not to be too ambitious with the intensity at first.
If you build it up slowly,
you will see results in managing your weight. Keep it up!
