I work at a climbing gym. I mainly work at the front desk and organize equipment. Although it is a facility for exercise, I mostly just stand around or organize in the storage room, so I rarely actually use my body. My lifestyle is also far from that of an athlete. I’ve gotten into the habit of buying snacks and triangle kimbap at a convenience store after work, watching YouTube, and then going to sleep.
As I neglected self-care like that, I gained 4kg in just one year after getting a job. When I was a teenager, I didn't really need to worry about it, but now I can visibly see fat accumulating on my stomach and thighs. I think I become even more self-conscious because I am constantly being compared to the other members. I’ve decided it’s time to properly take care of my body, so I’m looking into Byeollae Pilates. I heard it’s good for body shape correction and managing one’s constitution, so I was thinking of starting with Byeollae Pilates. However, since it’s an exercise I’ve never done before, I honestly feel a bit hesitant. I also looked into the cost of Byeollae Pilates, but as a young professional just starting out, paying it every month is a bit of a burden.
Aside from Byeollae Pilates, if anyone knows of other good ways to improve my constitution in this situation, please let me know! I would be really grateful if anyone who has experienced gaining weight at a young age could leave an honest comment. I would also appreciate reviews from those who have tried Byeollae Pilates!

I came across this while looking for Pilates in Byeollae.
If you frequently eat convenience store food after work, sodium and simple carbohydrates build up, causing fat to accumulate especially in your belly and thighs.
I think it would be best to start by cutting back on that a little.
I was thinking about registering too, but the cost was a burden... Then I ended up trying Deckanic, and since I caught it early on when circulation started to get bad,
I could really feel the difference.
Deccanic tablets? I've never heard of them.
Is it okay for someone in their early 20s to take?
I liked that I could trust the ingredients since the product is made with a Swiss-based formula. Give it a try!
I see Deccanic tablets are available here too, haha.
I'm considering trying them myself because I heard they're effective.
There are a lot of people around me who take them, and the reviews are all pretty good.
If you keep hesitating about Pilates in Byeollae, your constitution actually gets worse in the meantime.
It is much easier to get started when you are young.
I kept putting it off and ended up gaining more weight before I started. ㅠ
If you have a habit of going to convenience stores after work, going there will only be half effective. You need to start by cutting down on late-night snacks to really see results.
Even if you are young, prolonged periods of sedentary work can easily lead to a body type that accumulates fat. If you are registering for Pilates in Byeollae for the first time, it is recommended to start with low-intensity classes. If you have had a break from exercise, your body will initially feel unfamiliar with the routine.
The sooner you start managing your body type, the better.
If you continue consistently, you will see results in managing your weight. Good luck!
