Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate the conditions and procedures for the use of the K-Dia Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") operated by DiaAd Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and the User.
Article 2 (Definitions)
① "Service" refers to the K-Dia website (k-dia.com) and all related services provided by the Company.
② "User" refers to members and non-members who use the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
③ "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company and who is able to continuously use the Service.
④ "Hospital Partner" refers to a medical institution that has joined K-Dia and provides hospital information, procedure information, events, etc.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms and Conditions)
① These Terms and Conditions shall be effective for all users who wish to use the Service.
② The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions if necessary, to the extent that such amendments do not violate relevant laws and regulations.
③ In the event that the Terms and Conditions are amended, the Company will announce the changes via a notice within the Service starting 7 days prior to the effective date.
④ Members who do not agree to the amended Terms and Conditions may discontinue use of the Service and withdraw.
Article 4 (Membership Registration and Account)
① Users apply for membership by filling in member information according to the registration form prescribed by the Company and expressing their intent to agree to these Terms and Conditions.
② Membership registration is possible through social accounts (Google, Kakao, LINE, Facebook, etc.).
③ The Company may refuse to approve applications that fall under any of the following items, or may terminate the service agreement subsequently:
• If the name is not real or if another person's information is used
• If false information is entered or mandatory details are not entered
• If the service is intended to be used for fraudulent purposes
④ Members must immediately update any changes to the information provided at the time of registration within the service.
Article 5 (Contents of Service)
The services provided by the company are as follows:
• Hospital Information: Providing information on medical institutions such as plastic surgery and dermatology clinics
• Doctor Information: Medical staff profiles and specialty information
• Procedure Information: Types of procedures, price comparisons, and detailed descriptions
• Review Service: A platform for users to share reviews of procedures
• Community Service: A bulletin board for users to exchange information
• Consultation Reservation Service: Brokering consultation appointments between hospitals and users
• Event Information: Providing information on hospital discounts and promotions
Article 6 (Use of Service)
① In principle, the Service shall be provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
② The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service in the event of maintenance, inspection, replacement, breakdown of service facilities, communication interruption, or other significant operational reasons.
③ The Company may conduct regular maintenance if necessary for the provision of the Service, and the maintenance schedule shall be as announced on the service screen.
Article 7 (Obligations of Users)
Users shall not engage in the following acts:
• Stealing or misappropriating another person's information or registering false information
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using information obtained from the Service without the Company's prior approval
• Damaging the reputation of the Company or a third party, or interfering with their business
• Posting obscene or violent messages, images, audio, etc.
• Using the Service for profit without the Company's consent
• Collecting, storing, or disclosing other users' personal information
• Writing false reviews or manipulating ratings through unfair means
• Interfering with the stable operation of the Service
Article 8 (Management of Posts)
① The copyright of posts published by users on the service belongs to the author of the post.
② The Company may delete, move, or refuse to register posts that fall under any of the following categories without prior notice:
• Content that slanders or defames other users or third parties
• Content that violates public order and good morals
• Content deemed to be associated with criminal activity
• Content that infringes upon the Company's intellectual property rights, such as copyrights
• False or exaggerated reviews of medical procedures
• Advertising posts that violate the Medical Service Act
③ The Company may utilize user posts within the service for promotional purposes; in such cases, information that can identify individuals will not be displayed.
Article 8-2 (Zero Tolerance Policy for User-Generated Content)
① The Company enforces a Zero-Tolerance policy regarding User-Generated Content (UGC) and strictly prohibits the following acts:
• Offensive, insulting, or discriminatory content
• Obscene, sexual, violent, or sexually suggestive content
• Harassment, threats, or stalking of other users
• Hate speech, discrimination, or attacks based on race, gender, religion, etc.
• Fraud, spam, false information, or false medical claims
• Content that violates the protection of minors
② Procedures for Handling Reported Content
• All users may report posts, reviews, comments, and profiles.
• The Company reviews reports within 24 hours of receipt and immediately deletes content found to be in violation.
• Measures such as warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans will be taken against violators.
③ User Blocking Function
• Users may block other users at any time.
• Posts, reviews, and comments from blocked users will immediately disappear from their feeds.
• Blocking is automatically reported to the Company and becomes subject to review for further action. ④ The Company may permanently suspend the account of a user confirmed to have violated the law without prior warning and notify investigative authorities in accordance with relevant laws.
Article 9 (Medical Information Exemption)
① The information on hospitals, doctors, and procedures provided by K-Dia is for reference only and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
② Users are solely responsible for any medical decisions made based on the information they obtain through the service.
③ User reviews are based on personal experiences and do not guarantee medical effectiveness.
④ Procedure prices may vary depending on the hospital's circumstances, and actual prices must be confirmed directly with the relevant hospital.
Article 10 (Reservation and Consultation Services)
① The Company provides a service that mediates consultation appointments between users and hospital partners.
② The Company acts as an appointment mediator, and the actual provider of the medical service is the respective hospital partner.
③ Matters regarding appointment confirmation, changes, and cancellations are subject to the policies of the relevant hospital partner.
④ The Company does not guarantee the quality or results of the medical services provided by the hospital partner.
Article 11 (Restriction and Suspension of Service Use)
① The Company may restrict or suspend the use of the Service if the User violates the obligations of these Terms and Conditions or interferes with the normal operation of the Service.
② The Company may restrict or suspend all or part of the Service in the event of any of the following reasons:
• In unavoidable circumstances due to construction, such as maintenance of service facilities
• In cases where normal service provision is impossible due to power outages, failures of facilities, or a surge in usage
• In other cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters or national emergencies
Article 12 (Withdrawal of Membership and Loss of Eligibility)
① Members may request to withdraw at any time through My Page within the service, and the Company will process the membership withdrawal immediately.
② Posts created by the member will not be deleted upon withdrawal; if the member wishes to delete them, they must delete them directly before withdrawal.
③ After membership withdrawal, personal information will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Article 13 (Damages)
① The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by a Member in connection with services provided free of charge, except in cases caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
② The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes arising between Users or between a User and a third party through the Service, and shall not be liable for any damages arising therefrom.
Article 14 (Exemption Clause)
① The Company shall be exempt from liability in the event that it is unable to provide the Service due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, or the suspension of services by key telecommunications carriers.
② The Company shall not be liable for any disruption in the use of the Service caused by reasons attributable to the User.
③ The Company shall not be liable for any loss of expected profits incurred by the User through the use of the Service.
Article 15 (Dispute Resolution)
① Disputes regarding these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
② In the event that a lawsuit is filed regarding a dispute arising from the use of the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters shall be the competent court.

These terms and conditions are effective from April 8, 2026.
