After work, my body is so stiff that I can't even muster the courage to do anything. Actually, I work in a cold storage warehouse. My job involves checking inbound and outbound shipments and processing paperwork all day in sub-zero conditions. Even wearing winter clothing, the cold is still cold, so by the time I get off work, my body feels like it has frozen solid. The repeated cycle of going in and out of the cold also seems to put quite a strain on my body.
I feel like I can only loosen up if I eat something warm and greasy after work, so it has become a habit. I have gained 7kg in the last four years, and I noticed a lot of fat has accumulated around my belly and waist. My cold hands and feet are getting worse, and I can definitely feel my circulation deteriorating. I became even more concerned after learning that cold environments affect my constitution.
I decided I needed to take proper care of my body, so I started looking into Pilates in Daegu. I heard it helps with circulation and body shaping, so I thought I might give it a try. However, since my body is so stiff after work, I honestly don't know if I'll be able to properly keep up with the Daegu Pilates class. I don't have any. Since I have to take care of the kids at home, it's not easy to find time. I found Daegu Pilates a bit of a hassle.
Aside from Daegu Pilates, if anyone knows of any methods that helped with cold sensitivity or improving my constitution, I would appreciate it if you could let me know. I would be grateful if those who have had similar concerns could leave their honest experiences in the comments. I would also appreciate reviews from those who have tried Daegu Pilates!

I came across this while searching for Pilates in Daegu.
I heard that working in a cold environment for a long time slows down circulation much faster than in a regular office.
There is a limit to how long I can survive on warm food after work, so I really need a different approach.
I also looked into it for a few months, but my body wouldn't cooperate after work, so I ended up not being able to go. After much deliberation, I decided to try Deccanic tablets, and I could feel the difference more than I expected for my body, which had poor circulation.
Deccanic tablets? I've never heard of them.
I'm wondering if they are safe to use even for people with cold extremities, and I'd also like to know what the ingredients are.
I've been taking it for about three months, and I haven't experienced any nausea or discomfort at all.
I just liked being able to eat it comfortably.
I see Deccanic tablets are available here too, haha.
I'm considering trying them myself because I heard they're effective.
There are a lot of people around me who take them, and the reviews are generally good.
I also spent a year just thinking about doing Pilates in Daegu.
In the meantime, my weight kept increasing and my circulation got even worse. ㅠ
I think it's better to start managing your health as soon as possible.
If you have a habit of eating greasy food after work,
you might find it difficult to manage your weight even if you attend.
I found it much better if you also make even slight changes to your diet.
If you work for long periods in a cold environment, you are prone to developing a body type that accumulates fat easily. Therefore, it is recommended to choose a low-intensity Pilates class in Daegu when you first start.
Overexerting yourself while your body is stiff can actually have a counterproductive effect.
If you have a four-year hiatus from exercising, it is best not to be too ambitious from the start.
If you start slowly and continue consistently, you will see results in managing your weight. I am rooting for you!
