I run a jewelry store. The only physical activity I do all day is standing in front of the display case or waiting for customers. Since I can't leave the shop, I often have to make do with delivery for lunch. I developed a habit of unconsciously snacking on chips or nuts when there are no customers, and after doing this for over 15 years, I think my constitution has deteriorated quite a bit.
I gained 6kg in the year since menopause. I can noticeably feel the fat shifting, especially to my back and upper body. Since my job often involves trying on rings or necklaces to show customers, I’ve started to worry about my knuckles getting thicker and my forearms getting bulkier.
I’ve decided I need to take proper care of my body now, so I’m looking into Pilates in Seomyeon. I heard it helps with shaping the back and upper body. However, since my shop’s closing time is irregular, I’m not sure if it will be possible to schedule a fixed time for Seomyeon Pilates classes. I haven't been able to exercise much for over 15 years either. On top of that, Seomyeon It’s quite a hassle to go to Pilates classes, too.
Aside from Seomyeon Pilates, I would be grateful if you could let me know of any other good ways to start managing my body type in this situation. It would be really helpful if those who have struggled with upper body weight after menopause could share their experiences in the comments. Please also share reviews from those who have attended Seomyeon Pilates!

I came here while looking for Pilates in Seomyeon.
After menopause, I've been gaining weight in my upper body and back.
They say it's related to hormonal changes, and I have the same concern.
If I don't address my eating habits along with it, exercise alone is overwhelming.
I also couldn't make the timing work, so after agonizing over it for months, I ultimately couldn't register ㅠ. Then I got to try Decanixjeong, and even though my circulation had slowed down, I could really feel a difference.
Decannic tablets? I've never heard of them before.
Is it okay to take them after menopause?
I'm also curious if they're effective for weight gain in the back and forearms.
I felt a bit thirsty while eating, but other than that, I had no complaints. It was fine as long as I drank plenty of water.
Decanic tablets are available here too, haha.
I'm considering trying them because I've heard they're effective.
Everyone I know also says they're good.
I understand hesitating about Pilates in Seomyeon.
I also put it off, telling myself I'd do it later, and two years flew by.
I regretted it because my back and upper body got heavier during that time ㅠ
I think the sooner you start, the better.
If you have a habit of snacking at the store, your results might be halved ㅠ
It would be best to try gradually reducing the amount you eat unconsciously.
After menopause, it's easy to develop a tendency to gain fat easily, so it's good to choose lower-intensity Pilates classes in Seomyeon. If you push yourself too hard from the start after a long break from exercise, your body won't be able to keep up.
For a 15-year break, consistency is more important than intensity at first.
You'll see results in your weight management. I'm cheering you on!
