I heard that the average height for adult men is around 173 cm, so I’ve long wanted to surpass that standard.
I was originally about 170 cm tall, but perhaps because I felt slightly shorter than average, I was self-conscious about my height even in trivial situations.
So I tried exercising and stretching consistently. Although I felt my posture straightening out for a brief moment, I was under a lot of stress because there was no actual change.
After doing some research, I learned that releasing compressed spines is more important than simple stretching, so since then, I have started managing my lower back relaxation as well.
I started without much expectation at first, but after doing it consistently for about four months, I felt my posture had straightened out a lot. When I actually measured my height, it came out to be just over 173 cm.
Now that I have surpassed the average height for adult men, the difference is definitely noticeable, so I am quite satisfied.
These days, even without consciously trying, my posture feels less likely to collapse, so I am realizing that consistent care is important.

I think there is quite a difference depending on whether you are the average height for an adult male or not. If you are over 173 cm, the vibe is definitely different.
I'm not sure about tall people, but for us, the difference is huge lol
Could you tell me the name of the product you used?
I'd like to try using it too.
I used a lower back compression relief device.
I combined it with stretching, and I really liked the feeling of my posture straightening out, so I am continuing to use it!!
