My son is far below the average height for a 9-year-old. What should I do for him right now?
Hello, I am a 41-year-old mom raising a 9-year-old son. Today, I went to pick him up from his piano academy, and when I saw him coming out of the hallway with his friends, he looked a head shorter than everyone else, so I stopped in my tracks. ㅠㅠ
They say the average height for a 9-year-old is about 133cm, but my son is only 120cm. A 13cm difference is noticeable just by looking at him, isn't it? He barely reaches the handle of a shopping cart at the supermarket by standing on his tiptoes, and he says it is difficult to use the bathroom sink without a step stool. It breaks my heart every time I see him like that. ㅠㅜ To at least catch up to the average height for a 9-year-old, I am paying attention to his protein diet and making him jump rope every day, but I'm not sure if this is the right direction. Sigh...
I looked into growth clinics, but the reviews are so mixed. I asked other moms around me about the average height for 9-year-olds, but no one has any experience, so I feel completely lost. ^^; If you have experience catching up to the average height for a 9-year-old, please let me know what kind of care was effective at this stage!

When I was 9 years old and at average height, I thought I only needed to give supplements and completely neglected exercise and sleep management ㅠ Now I'm in middle school, and I'm the third shortest in my class.. I really regret not taking care of everything evenly, because I'm sure it would have made a difference.
Oh, so you're saying that supplements alone might not be enough ㅠㅠ I should also make sure to take care of myself in various ways instead of sticking to just one thing. Thank you!
Wow.. I had the same worries because my child is also shorter than the average height for a 9-year-old ㅠㅠ In my case, after I learned about oral growth hormone supplements, I gave them to my child for about 4 months, and they grew 7cm! I really tried everything, like exercise and massages, but it was only after I started giving them the oral growth hormone supplements that they started growing taller..
I'm in the same situation, what should I search for to find out? ㅜ
I think I've heard of it... Were there any side effects, by any chance?
I'm taking Zynek tablets, an oral growth hormone supplement, and you can find them if you search for them ㅎㅎ They contain patented growth ingredients, which gives me the most confidence, so I'm sticking with Zynek tablets!
I've been taking it for 4 months now, and I've grown 7cm without anything else, haha. I've also recommended Jainex tablets to people around me, and now 4 more people are taking it. They're actually seeing results and praising me for it, haha.
Thank you for the great recommendations! I'll make sure to take my Zynek tablets and focus more on managing my child's height too!
I've scoured cafe after cafe looking for average height information for 9-year-olds, but there's so much conflicting and confusing talk, my head feels like it's going to explode trying to figure out what to believe. ;; I never knew getting accurate information could be this difficult. ㅠ
I've also been more confused than anything else after searching for information, more than once ㅠㅠ Hearing from someone who's actually experienced it seems like it would be the most helpful...
I was shocked at first that I was shorter than the average height for a 9-year-old.
I didn't realize the average height for 9-year-olds was this tall either...
I just enrolled my child in a basketball class because of their height concerns, and I really hope it makes a big difference...!!
You'll definitely see results!! You can do it!
