Hello ladies! I'm here from the UAE and just finished a minor procedure here in Seoul. Honestly, the swelling and bruising are more than I expected 😅 The staff gave me basic instructions, but I'd love to hear from real experiences: how do you all handle this stage?
Basically, I want to know: do cold compresses really help in the first two days? And how many times a day? And then when do we start with warm ones? I'm currently trying not to forget to drink water, keep my head elevated, and sleep on my back, but I'm not sure if there are other tips I haven't thought of.
Also, has anyone tried specific things (like foods or activities) that helped them feel the swelling subsided faster? I'm trying to be patient, but it's really a bit difficult 😭 Any real-life advice would help me!

After my last treatment in Seoul, I experienced quite noticeable swelling. I later found that drinking cold water helped me feel more comfortable than warm water. Also, for the first three days, I really had to ice compress intensely – I was icing almost every two hours! As for food, I ate a lot of turmeric-related things. While I'm not sure if it truly helped, I felt much better psychologically, haha. Keep going, sis! 💪
Hi there, could you tell me if sleeping with your head elevated is really helpful? I just had a small procedure done in Seoul and I'm quite swollen right now, so I'd love to hear your real-life experience with this! 😅
