Hello, my name is Prae. I just had a small procedure done in Korea yesterday, and now I have quite a bit of swelling and bruising 😅 My mom is very worried because I have to fly home in a week.

I wanted to ask if anyone has gone through this before. Are there any methods that can help reduce swelling and bruising? I've seen many people talk about ice packs and sleeping in a certain position, but I'm curious if they actually help and what the best sleeping position is.

Right now, I'm trying to avoid hot things. Does anyone have any other recommendations, such as food or daily care routines I should follow? Thank you in advance! 🙏
