I perform semi-permanent makeup procedures. Since I spend several hours a day repeating the posture of sitting with my head bowed and making fine hand adjustments, my neck and shoulder pain has become chronic for quite some time. I completely stopped exercising after giving birth, but at some point, I started gaining weight on the back of my neck and the upper part of my shoulders. My overall weight has also increased.
I developed a habit of reaching for sweet drinks or snacks whenever I relax during procedures, and I think that has worsened my constitution. As I enter my mid-30s, I can definitely feel my circulation slowing down. I decided I need to take proper care of my body now, so I looked into Pilates prices. I heard it is good for correcting posture in the neck and shoulders. However, the prices turned out to be higher than I expected.
I compared prices at several centers, and there was quite a difference. Since I am a solo freelancer with an irregular income, I don't think it will be easy to afford the monthly Pilates costs, so I can't make a decision. If anyone knows of methods that have helped with posture management in the neck and shoulder area, aside from the price of Pilates, please let me know in the comments. I would be grateful. I would also appreciate it if those of you who were hesitant about the price of Pilates could share your experiences!

I came here while looking up Pilates prices.
It is true that if you work with your head bent for a long time,
it is easy to gain weight around the neck.
I've also noticed that frequently drinking sweet beverages affects circulation.
I also hesitated for a long time after seeing the price of Pilates,
but eventually changed my direction to Deccanic tablets.
I could really feel the difference since my constitution had deteriorated.
Deccanic tablets? I've never heard of them.
Is it suitable for my constitution after childbirth?
I didn't experience any stomach discomfort or anything like that after eating it.
In fact, the more I ate, the more I felt like my circulation was improving.
Give it a try!
I see Deccanic tablets are available here too, haha.
I'm thinking about trying them out because I heard they're effective.
I kept putting it off and neglected it for over two years.
In the meantime, my constitution kept getting worse.
I think it would be better to start doing something rather than wasting time worrying.
When you are worried about the cost, getting your eating habits right is the priority.
I found that just cutting down on sweet snacks made a noticeable difference.
If you repeatedly sit with your head bowed, you are prone to developing a body type where fat easily accumulates on the upper shoulders. If the cost of Pilates is a burden, I think it would be better to at least do stretching consistently.
If you have a long break from exercising, it is best not to push yourself too hard at first.
If you start lightly and build it up consistently, you will see results in managing your weight. I am rooting for you!
The price of Pilates really has a high barrier to entry.
