Every time I start dieting, I can't go to the bathroom, so my stomach gets really bloated and my skin breaks out. ㅠㅠ People around me tell me to make sure I eat enough dietary fiber, but honestly, I've tried the ones sold in stores, and they had this strange, fishy taste.
So I bought and tried several bottles, but I ended up throwing them all away... And I don't think I saw any real effect either...

I've suffered from constipation too. How about trying to combine it with exercise? They say exercise is good for constipation.
I exercise every day but it's not working...
Maybe it's because I took AlphaCD made of pineapple dietary fiber, but I've been going to the bathroom regularly and it's been really effective.

Try drinking something like prune juice.
I am taking Cissus pills along with exercising. My appetite has definitely decreased a lot, and I am going to the bathroom more often. My waistline has also decreased significantly since I started taking them every day.
Prune juice and probiotics were also effective!
I switched to probiotics that I can take with dietary fiber at the same time, and it worked for me. I'm having regular bowel movements. I'm currently taking Duolac's The First Class.
