I work as a massage therapist at a spa. Since I spend all day managing clients' bodies in a bent position, back and wrist pain have been chronic for a long time. When I get off work, all I do is wash up and lie down immediately. Due to the nature of the massage posture, my upper back is hunched and my stomach folds every day, and I noticed that fat accumulates concentratedly in those areas. I’ve heard that severe weight gain in the belly and back is linked to posture issues, and I think I’m exactly that case.
I’ve developed a habit of drinking alone after work, and I can feel my constitution deteriorating. I also find myself reaching for sweets between treatments. I feel like this is all because my circulation has slowed down, so I’ve decided that I need to take proper care of my body now. I used to take Pilates classes, so I looked into starting again. I heard a lot about how postpartum Pilates is good for core strength and body shape correction. I’m curious if postpartum Pilates movements are effective for correcting a hunched back and belly shape, even if I haven't given birth before.
However, while looking for postpartum Pilates classes, most Since this is a program for new mothers, I can't decide if the class is right for me. Aside from postpartum Pilates, if you could let me know of any good methods to improve my body shape and constitution for those with lower back and back pain like me, it would be really helpful. (Image) I would appreciate it if you could share your honest experiences in the comments! I would also appreciate reviews from those who have tried postpartum Pilates!

I came across this while searching for postpartum Pilates.
As a medical professional, I tend to have a body type that gains weight easily in my belly and back due to posture issues, and I've found that drinking after work makes it even worse for my circulation.
I looked into it and even registered, but I was too exhausted by the time I got off work, so I ended up not being able to go.
After thinking it over, I decided to try Deccanic tablets, and I could really feel the difference in my body, which had poor circulation.
Deccanic tablets? I've never heard of them.
I'm curious if they are safe to use even with lower back and back pain, and what the ingredients are.
I didn't experience any stomach discomfort while eating it.
In fact, I felt a bit lighter afterward.
Give it a try!
I see Deccanic tablets are available here too, haha.
I'm considering trying them myself because I heard they're effective.
There are a lot of people around me who take them, and the reviews seem pretty good.
If you hesitate about postpartum Pilates and just let time pass, your constitution will keep getting worse in the meantime.
The sooner you address back pain, the better.
I regretted putting it off myself.
If you have a habit of drinking alone after work, going to the clinic will only be half effective. If you don't also reduce your drinking, improving your constitution will be slower than you think.
If you have had a hunched posture for a long time, increasing the intensity of postpartum Pilates from the start can have a counterproductive effect on your lower back.
It would be better to start slowly with low-intensity classes.
If you take a long break from exercising, your body will feel quite unfamiliar at first.
If you continue consistently, you will see results in managing your weight. Good luck!
