Up until my early 20s, when I was working out, I never gained weight no matter how much I ate.
But as soon as I stopped exercising due to a torn ACL, I gained a lot of weight.
The strange thing is that my arm muscles are practically the same, but the fat only came from my abdomen, so I've become abdominally obese.
And it's only my lower belly that's sticking out... though it does go back in if I tense it up.
Are there any exercises or procedures I can get?
It's actually quite stressful...
I want to lose weight before I gain any more.
