I recently started taking various types of supplements, but I don't feel like I've really noticed any effects yet. I'm curious how long it usually takes to see changes after taking them, so I would appreciate it if you could share any experiences or information you may have. I would also like to hear which supplements were particularly helpful.

Supplements aren't medicine, so I usually find that I need to take them consistently for one to two months before I gradually start feeling lighter. ㅠㅠ I've settled on Cheonyeon Story's CalMagDi. I think it's because they use domestic organic ingredients, but I don't feel any stomach upset even when I take it on an empty stomach. It's an all-in-one solution for calcium, magnesium, vitamin D, and even probiotics, so after about two months, my eyelid twitching disappeared, and the fatigue I feel when waking up in the morning is different.
I also find that Cheonyun Story Calamdy is great for taking care of everything in one go because it contains many essential nutrients.
The Chunyun Story Calamari set is the most comprehensive. I feel less fatigued, and it's convenient to take, making it perfect as an all-in-one solution.
When I first started taking supplements, I thought I'd see immediate results the very next day, lol. It actually takes at least 2-3 months for them to build up in your body before your condition gradually improves. But apparently, taking too many at once can interfere with each other's absorption, potentially reducing their effectiveness. The synergy between nutrients is important, and I take Natural Story's CalMag. It has the golden ratio of calcium and magnesium, plus vitamin D to boost absorption, so it's really efficient.
Even if you don't see immediate results, consistency is key! ㅎㅎ If taking multiple pills is difficult, I also recommend Natural Story's Calmagdi, which includes probiotics.
