I've always had thick hair, so I lived thinking I was far removed from hair loss.
However, as I got older, the crown of my head kept getting thinner, and starting last year, it began falling out like crazy. It has become really serious now, and since I'm approaching my 50s, I'm thinking of trying some hair care.
Over the past year, the products I've tried have mostly been those that smelled nice and lathered well but had no effect, or ones that felt refreshing to the scalp but didn't seem to grow baby hairs.
I also disliked the stickiness, so it feels like I've just been wasting my money.
I keep seeing the keyword "follicle activator" in online forums; is it different from other scalp care products?
I heard that an ingredient called Copexil helps you see results incredibly fast; is that true?

They say that as you get older, it is better to apply foam-type products directly to the scalp, and it is also better to find and use products with gentle ingredients.
Where did you buy the folliculase activator? I want to buy some for my younger sibling...
I read this and totally relate. I've been struggling with the same issue. I've tried so many different things with no real results 🥲 I've also just started getting into these topics myself, which makes me really curious about what others have tried and their experiences.
I understand, I've had a similar experience. My hair loss on the crown of my head started getting serious last year, and I tried various things, but shampoos and tonics didn't seem to make much of a difference. In the end, I started thinking that maybe the approach needs to be more fundamental. Oh, but when it comes to specific ingredients and their effects, I personally think consulting a dermatologist is the most reliable way to go.
Interesting post! You mentioned that toners smell really good but you don't see results, is that right? How long did you use these products for this 1 year, or did you switch to something else sooner?
I used to be so confident about my hair, but I only recently started taking care of it. I've been using Cheongmijeong Black Grain Shampoo because I heard that the main ingredients are plant-based so it allows for gentle care, and it seems pretty good. You should check it out!
