Tips for self-care after a minor procedure - do you have any experiences?

Hello everyone! I'm Dana from the UAE, and I just finished a minor procedure here in Korea. I'm experiencing some swelling and bruising, which is normal. The clinic I went to gave me general instructions, but I'd love to hear from girls who have similar experiences – how did you deal with the swelling and bruising at home?

I'm currently trying not to touch the area and drinking lots of water. I also tried using cold compresses at first. Honestly, it's my first time doing something like this, and I'd love to know – did you have a specific routine that helped? How many days did it take for the swelling to go down? And were the ointments or creams you used really effective?
