Hi everyone! I'm Ratna from Indonesia, and I just had a minor procedure yesterday and am now dealing with quite a bit of swelling and bruising. This is my first time trying a treatment like this, so I'm a little panicked, hehe.
Has anyone experienced something similar? I'd love to know how you handled swelling in the first few days. So far, I've been trying ice compresses, drinking plenty of water, and avoiding hot beverages. But I'm just asking out of curiosity, not for medical advice.
I'm also curious about how long it usually takes for bruising to disappear for you all? And is there any special routine that helps speed up recovery? I'm keen to hear real experiences from friends here. Thanks in advance! 💕

Hi Ratna! I'm also a foreign user and totally understand how you feel when it's your first time 😅 In my experience, swelling usually starts to subside by the third or fourth day, but everyone is different. My routine is the same as yours—ice packs, drinking plenty of water, and avoiding hot things. I hope you get better soon! Don't worry, this is normal.
I also just went through something similar and understand your feeling of confusion! 😅 The main things I did were cold compresses first, then on days 2-3 I switched to gentle warm compresses, drank a lot of water, and avoided hot foods like you — basically, just waiting for time to pass. I'm curious, did you ask the doctor how long they said the bruising would last? Everyone is different, but I found that after about 1-2 weeks, it was almost completely gone.
