Once my sleep pattern completely fell apart, itโs incredibly hard to get it back to normal.
I toss and turn in bed all night, and only manage to fall asleep by the time the sun rises in the morning, practically collapsing from exhaustion.
Since my sleep rhythm is a total mess, I feel groggy all day long... and most of all, I can really feel my energy levels plummeting through my whole body, which is just too exhausting.
First off, since I can't sleep, I'm practically a zombie right now.
