Hello everyone! My name is Mild. I just had a petit procedure yesterday in Korea, and I'm still quite swollen with a lot of bruising 😅. This is my first time doing something like this, and I have to return to my country in mid-month, so I'm worried if the swelling will go down in time.
I'd like to ask those of you who have had this done before about any self-care methods that genuinely help. I've already received basic advice from the doctor, but I'm curious to hear from others' real experiences. For example, what kind of cold compress should I use, what sleeping position is best, or are there any things I should avoid? Can certain foods or vitamins help?
Thank you in advance! Happy to join this community 💕

Hey Mila, I totally get the stress—I had the same worry after my first treatment here! 😅 Honestly, just being consistent with the aftercare your doctor gave you is probably the key, and I found that keeping my head elevated while sleeping and staying patient really helped. The swelling does go down faster than you'd think, so fingers crossed you'll be good to go before you leave!
