I work at a kids' cafe. Since my job involves managing children's safety and assisting with programs, it looks like an active job. However, in reality, I spend much more time standing and watching or sitting at the counter. Because I am exposed to noise and stimuli all day long, I don't have the energy to do anything more once I get off work. I got into the habit of ordering delivery and just lying down, and since I frequently eat snacks and drinks from the cafeteria even while working, I gained 4kg in the two years since I started. The uniform I had fitted when I first joined has become tight, and I can clearly see weight accumulating around my stomach and thighs.
I didn't think I was eating that much, but I think it was inevitable given my habit of drinking Americano after work and the accumulation of snacks during work. I read somewhere that staying indoors under artificial light all day can ruin your constitution, and that seems to apply perfectly to me. I decided I needed to properly take care of my body, so I started looking into Pilates equipment exercises. Since I heard it helps with posture correction and muscle strength, I looked into whether equipment classes would be right for me... I am currently in the middle of it.
However, equipment-based Pilates classes are more expensive than I expected. With rent and living expenses for living alone, paying the monthly registration fee is a burden, so I can't make a decision. There is also quite a price difference between centers that offer equipment classes. If there are other options besides equipment-based Pilates, I would be really grateful if you could let me know. I would appreciate it if those who have had similar concerns could leave honest comments. I would also appreciate it if those with experience with equipment-based Pilates could share their thoughts!

I came here while looking into Pilates equipment.
If you habitually consume drinks or snacks during work,
sugar and sodium build up, leading to weight gain in your thighs and abdomen.
Even just reducing those can make a noticeable difference.
I also gave up immediately after seeing the cost of Pilates reformer classes ㅠ
After some thought, I switched to Deckanicjeong, and
I really felt a difference in my body, which had slowed circulation.
Decanic? I've never heard of it.
Can people in their 30s take it? ㅠ
The main ingredient is Decalpro, and unlike other supplements, I didn't experience any nausea. It worked well for me, so please take this as a reference!
I see talk about Decanix tablets here lol
I'm considering trying them too because people say they're effective.
Quite a few people around me are taking them.
Eating delivery food after work and then lying down.
My life was exactly the same too ㅠ
I kept going like that, and I gained even more weight.
I'm telling you this now because I truly regret it.
Even if you attend Pilates reformer classes,
it's best to cut back on delivery food and snacks during work.
If your eating habits remain the same, the effects of your exercise will be halved ㅠ
Staying indoors for too long can easily weaken your constitution due to lack of sunlight. Stepping outside, even for a short while during your lunch break, might not be a bad idea.
Pilates equipment can cause pretty intense muscle soreness initially for those who have had a long break from exercise.
If you address your eating habits alongside it, you'll see weight management results.
Fighting!
