Hi, my name is Kaew. I just had a minor procedure in Korea yesterday, and now my face is quite swollen 😅 They said it usually goes down in 1-2 weeks, but I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this before and what really helped.

Since returning to my accommodation, I've been trying to keep cool and elevate my head, but I'm not sure what to do next. Does anyone have any recommendations for a self-care routine? For example, what should I avoid? Should I drink plenty of water? What's a good sleeping position?

And will the bruising fade on its own? It's so cold in Korea! Any advice from those with experience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you 🙏
