Hello! I'm Zaya from Mongolia. I'm planning to visit Seoul at the end of this year for a medical consultation. However, I'm really anxious about the language barrier. Are there any doctors who speak English or even Mongolian? My English isn't great, but I need to be able to discuss my condition thoroughly.
Are there many people who have gone through similar situations after seeing warnings online? Is it possible to use an interpreter, or can I discuss my entire condition online with a doctor before my appointment? I'd love to hear any suggestions you might have. What has your experience been?

As a fellow foreigner, I understand your concerns! I've noticed many foreigners in Seoul face similar issues, but fortunately, larger clinics there often have staff or services for language support. You can also use translation apps or contact them beforehand for email consultations – this will help you prepare much better.
I completely understand your concerns! Language is definitely a challenge, but I think many hospitals actually offer translation services or can help you find a translator. You can call ahead to ask. Also, some doctors speak a little English, and some patients have used translation apps or brought friends along. In short, there are always ways to manage, so don't stress too much! ~
Take it easy! I was thinking of checking the same thing. And from what I've heard, you can contact them to plan in advance via email or an application. Some places have English-speaking staff, or finding a translator could be very helpful.
I understand your concerns! I'm also a foreigner, and before going to the hospital, I always use translation software to write down what I want to say in advance, so the doctor can better understand your situation. Many large hospitals have international patient services. You can call them in advance to ask if they offer translation assistance or if they can arrange English-speaking staff.
