Hi everyone! So I'm planning to get a small procedure done while I'm in Korea, but I'm flying back to the US like 3-4 days after. I'm a bit nervous about managing swelling on the plane and during travel. Has anyone dealt with this before?
I'm thinking I should probably bring some stuff with me to help with aftercare — like cooling masks or compression products? I'm not even sure what's allowed on flights honestly, and I don't know if it's better to just buy things here before I leave. Also wondering if there are any gentle skincare products that travelers usually recommend post-procedure? I want to keep things simple since I'll be moving around.
Any tips on what actually helped you guys? And is there anything I should avoid while traveling right after? I'm trying to be realistic about the fact that I'll be sitting on a plane for like 14 hours, so I'm not expecting perfect results, but I'd love to minimize issues if possible.
Thanks in advance!
