How did sleeping position affect swelling or facial contours after eye, nose, or jaw surgery?
Please share tips that were actually effective for you, such as pillow height, lying on your side, or the angle of the semi-sitting position (e.g., 30°), as well as product recommendations. Please also let me know the recommended recovery times for each stage and periods to avoid certain activities.

I found that using a really low pillow is good. It’s not about how expensive it is.
Sleeping on your back with your arms down, facing the ceiling. They say sleeping like that is good for your body.
For the first one to two weeks, I definitely experienced less swelling when I slept on my back with my upper body elevated at a 30–45 degree angle using a neck pillow and a high pillow.
I avoided lying on my side for at least three to four weeks because I was worried about pressure on my body lines, and products like an angled cushion or a recliner were helpful.
