Hi everyone, I'm Bich from Vietnam. I'm planning to go to Seoul next month for a consultation about some beauty treatments, but I'm worried about my English not being very good 😅
I've heard that some clinics provide translators, but I'm not sure if that's reliable, or if I need to find a private interpreter. Or does anyone know of clinics that usually have staff who speak Vietnamese? I don't need them to be native Vietnamese speakers; English or any other language is fine as long as we can understand each other.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Please share your experiences! I want to prepare thoroughly beforehand to avoid misunderstandings about what the doctor says 😊

I understand, Bichi! I had the same anxieties at first too 😅 It seems that many clinics have English-speaking staff, so I think it's a good idea to send an email beforehand saying that you'd like to consult in English. I also bring a translation app with me just in case!
I also wondered about this when I was a foreign resident! My processing said that domestic clinics have international services, but I felt that it was important to contact them beforehand. I think you should contact them by phone or email before the consultation and ask carefully if they have an English speaker!
