Hi everyone! I'm flying to Korea in a few weeks to get some treatments done, and I'm trying to figure out what to bring from home versus buy there. I know recovery is going to be the biggest part of the whole experience, so I want to be prepared.
Has anyone packed their own cooling masks or soothing gels before a trip like this? I'm wondering if it's worth the luggage space or if I should just buy stuff once I'm there. Also, I've heard silicone scar sheets can be helpful after certain procedures — does anyone have experience with those? Are they easy to find in Korea or should I bring my own?
I'm a bit nervous about the whole recovery period, honestly. Any tips on what made you feel more comfortable during healing? I'd love to hear what worked for you guys, especially if you traveled for it like I'm planning to do.

I totally understand your anxiety! When I first went to Korea, I also packed a lot, but I ended up finding that many products sold in Korea are great and not expensive. You could try buying some after you arrive and see. But if it's something you've used and feel completely comfortable with, bringing a little bit won't hurt 😊
