Hi everyone! I'm Zahra from Indonesia. I just had a minor procedure yesterday, and now my face is a bit swollen and bruised in several spots. This is my first time, so I'm a bit panicked, hehe. I wanted to ask those of you who have had it before—what did you do to reduce the swelling and bruising in the first few days? Does anyone recommend cold compresses or any other tips?
Now I'm trying to stay home, minimize movement, and avoid foods that are said to cause inflammation. But I honestly don't know how long it will take for this to completely go away. Can anyone share their routine or any tips that have really helped? I'm worried about having to start work next week and I'm afraid people will see my face like this, hehe. Thanks in advance!

My face was also swollen after my last treatment, so I applied ice packs and slept with my head elevated, which helped a lot! My friend also said to wear loose clothing to reduce friction on my face, and the swelling went down noticeably after three or four days. Keep it up!
After reading your story, I understand your concerns! I'm thinking of trying something similar myself, so I was very interested when I saw your post. I hope the swelling and soreness go away soon! 🤍
