Hello, it's Sayaka. I recently had a minor procedure done in Seoul, and I've experienced more swelling and bruising than I expected... 😅 I'd love to hear from anyone who has experience with aftercare methods once back in Japan.
Right now, I'm using cold compresses and light pressure, but I'm wondering how long it usually takes for things to settle down? Also, are there any daily activities I should be mindful of? For example, exercise, bathing, or food... I'd love to learn from those who have more knowledge.
This was my first time getting a procedure in Korea, so I'm still not entirely sure about the aftercare process. If anyone has gone through a similar experience, I'd be happy to hear about what it was like. I'm feeling quite anxious, so any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I'm also planning to try this in Seoul, so your post is really helpful! Hearing you talk about swelling and bruising makes me a little worried, but I hope it gets better after a few days. Wishing you a speedy recovery! 😊
Oh, I'm also considering getting this done in Seoul, so reading your post made me a bit worried 😅 But hearing how carefully you're taking care of yourself, I'm sure it will be fine. I hope other people will share their experiences so you can feel more at ease!
