Hi everyone! I had a small cosmetic procedure done in Seoul a couple of days ago, and I'm a bit swollen and bruised, feeling a little overwhelmed, haha. I wanted to ask if anyone has had something similar done and how you handled your post-procedure care?

My doctor gave me some basic instructions, but I'd love to hear about real experiences. For example, how do you alternate between cold and warm compresses? Are there any foods that can worsen swelling? I'm still a bit hesitant to go out, and I'm not sure how long it will take to look more normal.

Another question – does sleeping position affect swelling reduction? I usually sleep on my side, and I'm not sure if I should change that now. I would be so grateful if anyone is willing to share their recovery process! Any little tips are welcome.
