Actually, I work as an exhibition guide at a museum. It is a job where I stand all day, but since I am practically fixed in one spot, there is almost no movement. As a result, by the time I get off work, my legs feel heavy and my feet swell severely; this has now just become a daily routine.
In the meantime, I tried using a basal metabolic rate calculator. The numbers came out much lower than I expected. I thought it was understandable since I haven't been able to exercise at all for four years, but seeing the actual numbers was a bit of a shock. I eat a set meal at the company cafeteria for lunch, and the portions are quite large. Given these numbers on the calculator, I am worried that even that amount might be excessive.
Now that I have turned 50 and am approaching menopause, I am feeling hormonal changes, and the weight gain around my belly has become noticeably worse. I also constantly feel like my body is cold and circulation is poor. Since a low basal metabolic rate seems like a sign that my constitution itself has deteriorated, I feel that I need to properly take care of my body now. I want to start exercising again, but I have no energy after work, so it’s hard to do. I’m also not sure if it’s right to push myself to exercise right away when my BAR calculator numbers are low. I’m looking into supplements as a way to improve both my circulation and my body type. I would appreciate it if those who have used a BAR calculator could share their experiences on how they managed their results. Please also leave a comment if you have any diet food recommendations! Please let me know if you have had low BAR calculator results!

I tried using a basal metabolic rate calculator too, and I just sighed.
Even if you have a job where you stand, if there is no movement,
it barely captures your activity metabolism.
That actually affects the numbers much more than I expected.
I had similar concerns and looked into it myself.
After the numbers came back low, I spent a long time wondering what to do.
I couldn't bring myself to exercise, so I eventually ended up trying Deccanic tablets.
Since the principle is to help cells consume energy more easily,
it seemed to suit my body type, which has poor circulation, well.
Deccanic tablets? It’s the first time I’ve heard that name.
Does it help with swelling or circulation problems?
I’m curious about the ingredients.
I heard it is made based on a Swiss formula.
It contains Deccapro, but I didn't really experience any stomach discomfort.
I see Deccanic tablets are available here too, haha.
I'm thinking about trying them out because I heard they're effective.
I keep telling myself I should exercise, but I'm completely exhausted when I get home from work. So, I decided to at least try cutting down on my food intake and am managing my weight with Mount X. It makes me feel full quickly, so I've reduced my rice portions and don't even think about late-night snacks anymore. I found that just cutting down on food helped me lose 2-3 kilos. I plan to use this consistently for now.
If you leave your basal metabolic rate calculator numbers low, you are prone to developing a body type that accumulates fat easily. I also just left it alone and found it much harder later on. I think it would be much better to start now.
If you have severe lower body swelling, it is a good idea to check your food intake as well.
It is said that a diet high in sodium is linked to swelling, so if the set meals at the company cafeteria are heavily seasoned, it could have an impact.
I think it would be best to look at your diet along with your basal metabolic rate calculator.
I've found that even if you stand for a long time, poor circulation in the lower body is inevitable without movement.
I think it's better to build up your body constitution first before starting an exercise routine, rather than pushing yourself too hard.
If you force yourself to run while you're in a low state, you'll actually get more exhausted.
If you haven't exercised for four years, you could get injured if you start with high intensity.
Approach it in a way that allows you to build up your strength, and it won't be too late to start moving once your body is in shape.
It will be effective for weight management. I'll be rooting for you!
I came across this while looking for a basal metabolic rate calculator.
There is a lot of information in the comments haha. I enjoyed reading this too.
I'm checking out this good information too.
