Actually, I work the morning shift at a convenience store. My job involves repetitive tasks like cashiering, stocking shelves, and organizing inventory, but at some point, I realized I had gained nearly 7kg. Since I am in charge of handling products nearing their expiration date, I end up eating bread or triangle kimbap several times a day. I've found that when your basal metabolic rate drops, you gain weight even if you eat just a little.
It also seems like you gain weight even faster if you are in an environment where you can't control your diet.

Forcing yourself to reduce your food intake can actually make your constitution worse.
It is much better to improve your constitution while you continue to eat.
