Actually, I work at a rental car office. My main duties involve taking reservations and processing paperwork, so I spend most of my day sitting in front of a computer. As a result, I’ve noticed my lower back and hips sagging out sideways. Whenever I wear pants, my thighs feel tight, and I frequently experience stiffness in my lower back when sitting down or standing up.
After work, I order dinner, watch Netflix, and go to sleep. I’ve also developed a habit of choosing large portions when eating alone, and I find myself drinking a can of beer two or three times a week. Since passing my mid-30s, I can definitely feel my circulation slowing down, and I feel like my constitution is deteriorating. I started wondering if I should start an exercise like Mat Pilates. I used to run for a short time, but I stopped because my knees hurt, and I haven't exercised at all for two years since then. So, I looked into Mat Pilates, which places less strain on the joints. I heard that it can be done without putting too much strain on the knees, so I thought about trying it to strengthen my lower back and lower body, but I wasn't sure if I could do it consistently on my own. I've looked up mat Pilates home workout videos, but I have no idea where to start, and honestly, I don't have the confidence to stick with it for long just on willpower, so I can't make a decision. If there are other methods suitable for this situation besides mat Pilates, I would appreciate it if you could let me know. I would be happy if those who have had similar concerns could leave their honest experiences in the comments. Please also share reviews if you have tried mat Pilates!

I came here looking into Mat Pilates.
If you habitually drink beer in the evening,
alcohol can significantly impact your physical condition.
It might be best to cut back on that before starting your exercise routine.
I also tried following a Mat Pilates video for a few days and gave up ㅠ
It's really hard to stick with it alone through sheer willpower.
After thinking about it, I decided to try the Dekkaneck Jeong, and
even though my body hadn't had good circulation for over 2 years, I felt a significant difference.
Decannic? I've never heard of it before.
Will it be effective even if I don't exercise?
I liked that the product uses a formulation recipe developed in Switzerland, so I could trust its ingredients.
I see Deka-nic tablets here too, haha.
I'm thinking of trying them because people say they're effective.
Lately, quite a few people around me have been taking them.
I understand hesitating about Mat Pilates.
But I waited until my lower back started to spread out more before I began, ㅠ and I regretted not starting a little sooner.
If your dinner portion is large, the exercise effects are less than half ㅠ
If you're planning to start, I think it would be good to try controlling your dinner portion first.
In a daily life where you spend a lot of time sitting,
it's easy to develop a tendency to gain fat easily.
For mat Pilates, it's best to start with low-intensity exercises and gradually build up.
Especially if you have knee issues, it's advisable not to overexert yourself in the beginning.
If you have a two-year break from exercise, your body might be surprised.
Starting gently with mat Pilates and gradually building up will help with weight management. You can do it!
