Hello everyone, I'm Juan from China. I'm recently considering going to Seoul for a cosmetic consultation, but I'm a bit worried about the language barrier. My English is okay, but I'm not very familiar with medical terms, and Chinese is definitely the most comfortable for me. I was wondering if any of you have had consultations in Seoul? Do the consultants at general hospitals or clinics usually speak English? Or do I have to find a place with a Chinese translator?

I've heard that some clinics have multilingual consultants, but I'm not sure if this is common everywhere. If my English isn't fluent enough, will there be communication issues? Especially when discussing details and my specific needs. Has anyone experienced this? Should I ask in advance if the clinic offers Chinese services?

Also, I'd like to ask how everyone communicates with doctors or consultants. Have any of you brought a translator, or do you just use English or body language? I'd like to understand the actual situation so I can prepare in advance. Thank you all!
