Do you have any tips for reducing swelling and bruising after minor procedures?

Hey everyone, it's Ngoc. I just had a minor procedure done in Seoul yesterday and I'm still quite swollen and bruised. I'm looking for ways to speed up my recovery because I won't be heading back to Vietnam for a few more days. Has anyone been in a similar situation and can share their experiences?

I'm wondering what everyone typically does for post-procedure care in the first few days. Are there any methods to reduce swelling without needing strong medication? I'm not entirely sure, so I'd really appreciate hearing from those who have gone through this before.
