Does anyone have experience with post-procedure care for minor treatments?

Hello everyone! I'm Trinh, and I just had a minor procedure in Seoul. I'm currently in the recovery phase. I'm experiencing some swelling and bruising, and although the doctor provided instructions, I'd love to hear more experiences from friends in the community.

I'm wondering if anyone has gone through a similar situation? What did you primarily do in the early days to reduce swelling and care for the area? Should I apply cold or heat, or both alternately? And does daily walking and movement have an impact, or is it okay to carry on as usual?

Additionally, I'm a bit concerned about skincare while I still have bruising. Did you use anything specific or avoid anything? I want to ensure my recovery process goes as smoothly as possible. Thanks in advance! 😊
