I watched a health program yesterday, and they mentioned that the rate of collagen loss accelerates starting in the early 40s.
That's why they say the early 40s are the optimal "golden time" to start collagen supplementation and anti-glycation care.
The problem is... I don't know what to take or how to take care of it. ^^;
There are so many types of collagen, and anti-glycation is even more unfamiliar to me.
I searched for anti-glycation and saw that mucin is good for it.
Has anyone tried this? Do I need to eat things like snail mucus? ㅠ

Old Mure's products with mucin are famous. They had a sale because a new product just came out, and it contains NMN and retinol, which they say helps prevent aging, so I added it to my cart too.
There's a famous brand, thank you.
I was a little hesitant at first hearing "snail mucin"... haha. It seems like many people take it as a probiotic and for inner beauty.
Is that so? It must be because of the mucous membrane protective ingredients.
