I honestly don't know if taking sebum supplements is the right thing to do.
I've been trying sebum supplements, but I'm writing this because I feel so frustrated...
My skin has been acting up since I started teaching yoga. Because I sweat so much during every class, it feels like sebum keeps coming up even after I wash my face. When I look in the mirror to fix my makeup before class, I get really self-conscious about how shiny my cheeks and nose are. I also find myself constantly self-conscious about my face when I teach in front of my students. On top of that, acne started popping up on my chin, so I was told to try taking sebum supplements. ㅠㅠ I've been taking them consistently for over two months now, and while the acne seems to have decreased just a tiny bit, the shine is still there, and honestly, I don't feel like the sebum secretion is being completely controlled. I'm wondering if the supplement alone can really solve the problem.
My cheeks have turned red and dry, so it feels like I'm getting an atopic reaction on top of the sebum and acne. It feels like the supplements alone aren't enough, so I really don't know what to do... If anyone has tried sebum supplements and found a method that worked for them, please feel free to let me know :)

I thought it was getting a little better while taking sebum supplements, so I used yoga classes as an excuse to drop my entire routine. After that, my sebum exploded, and acne scars spread all over my face. I've become so self-conscious standing in front of clients now.
I totally relate to feeling self-conscious in front of a class. It's the most stressful part of lecturing for me too, so I felt a pang of recognition while reading this ㅠㅠ
Wow, this is from 4 months ago, so I couldn't just scroll past without leaving a comment! I was in a similar situation. I tried changing my ointment, supplements for sebum, and even my cosmetics, but my skin ended up getting even worse... ㅠ Then, a pharmacist friend gave me Cretinon tablets, and I finally managed to recover my skin..
I'm going through the same thing... Do I need a separate prescription for Cretinon tablets...?
I think I've heard of it... Were there any side effects, by any chance?
After consistently taking it for about a month, I could visibly see my symptoms improving. So I've been taking it for about 4 months now, and the effects are pretty good! ㅎㅎ I guess it's because of the patented skin care ingredient, but I haven't experienced any side effects...! Hmm.. I'm sharing a photo from after 1 month of use for your reference.
When I asked, they said I don't need a separate prescription for Cretinon tablets~ haha. It's originally an overseas product, but now that it's produced domestically, it's available for purchase online~! I think if you search for Cretinon tablets, you'll find where to buy them.
Wow, I'm glad I asked.. I'm going to try purchasing Cretinon tablets Max
I didn't see a significant reduction in sebum production just by taking sebum supplements alone. After switching to a skin cải thiện (improvement) supplement, the greasiness improved dramatically compared to before.
It makes a difference you can't even compare?? I didn't realize there was such a difference between types of supplements. I thought they were all similar, wow.
I did see some improvement after completely changing my sebum supplements and skincare products.
OMG, could you share what supplements and skincare products you use for sebum control?
These days, many people are taking skin supplements. I might look into one for managing my sebum production too!
Right? That's why I'm planning to take the Cretinon tablet I mentioned above!
