Hello, my name is Beam. I just had a minor petite procedure done and I wanted to ask friends who have had it before about how to take care of myself afterward, as I have some swelling and bruising right now. I'd like to learn what I should do to recover faster.

Friends have recommended using ice packs and avoiding the sun from the start, but I'm not sure how to do it properly. Is there anyone who would like to share their experience on how they nursed their recovery? How many days did it take? And are there any foods or drinks that can help? I'm genuinely concerned about myself. 😅
