Account and data deletion guide

K-DIA (hereinafter referred to as the "App") provides guidance on how users can request the deletion of their account and related data. This page is provided in accordance with the Google Play policy (User Data — Request Account Deletion).

1. App and Developer Information

2. How to delete an account within the app

You can delete your account directly within the K-DIA app. [Steps] 1. Launch the K-DIA app → Log in 2. Enter the "My Page" tab at the bottom right 3. Enter the "Edit Profile" menu 4. Tap the "Delete Account (Withdraw Membership)" button at the bottom of the screen 5. Confirm "Delete Account" in the guide dialog You will be logged out immediately upon account deletion, and the data specified in item §4 below will be deleted or retained.

3. How to request account deletion via email

If you are unable to access the app, you may also request account deletion via email. [How to Request] • Recipient: diaad1004@naver.com • Subject: [Request for K-DIA Account Deletion] • Content to include in the body: - Email address or username used during registration - Registration method (Google / Kakao / Facebook / Line / Instagram / Direct email registration) - Additional information for identity verification (The company may request separately if necessary) The company will process the request within 7 business days after verifying your identity and will reply with the results.

4. Data to be deleted

The following data will be permanently deleted upon account deletion. [Data Deleted Immediately] • Member Profile (Name, Nickname, Email, Profile Picture, Phone Number) • User ID and Credentials • Reviews, Comments, and Community Posts • Attached Photos and Uploaded Images • 1:1 Chat (DM) Messages • Search History and App Usage History • Push Notification Tokens and Device Identifiers • Procedures of Interest / Favorites / In Progress

5. Data stored for a certain period in accordance with laws and regulations

In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, some data is retained for a certain period even after account deletion. All data will be destroyed upon expiration of the retention period. • Records related to e-commerce (reservations, payments, refunds): 5 years (Article 6 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.) • Consultation and reservation records: 3 years (Article 15 of the Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on Consumers) • Access log records (IP, time of access): 3 months (Article 15-2 of the Protection of Communications Secrets Act) • Records of prevention of fraudulent use (in case of policy violation): 1 year (Article 8-2 of the Terms of Service: Zero Tolerance Policy) The above retained data will not be used for any purpose other than the stated purpose and will be destroyed without delay upon expiration of the retention period.

7. Precautions

• Accounts cannot be recovered after deletion. • Reviews, posts, and comments you have written will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored. • If you have any ongoing reservations or consultations, please handle them separately (cancel or complete) before deletion. • Your social login accounts (Google / Kakao / Facebook / Line / Instagram) will not be deleted by this process and must be managed separately on each platform.
