Hi everyone! I'm Peihan from Taiwan. I'm recently considering getting some cosmetic procedures done in Korea, but frankly, I'm quite afraid of making a bad choice. I know there are many clinics in Korea, but as a foreigner, I really don't know how to distinguish which ones are trustworthy.
I'd like to ask you all, how do you find clinics? Are there any warning signs to avoid? I'm especially concerned about translation and communication—has anyone had experience with the translation services provided by clinics? Are the translations inaccurate?
Also, I'm wondering what questions I should ask during the consultation to gauge whether the doctor is professional and responsible. Can anyone share their experiences? I'd love to hear about any pitfalls you've encountered or any good experiences you've had! Thank you!

Hi Pe-san! I'm also a foreigner, and I'm curious about interpretation services. When you actually used an interpreter at a hospital, did you feel that medical terms were properly conveyed? Or is it better to research medical terms yourself beforehand...?
I totally get your worry—I'm in the same boat as a foreigner here! The communication thing is real, so I always try to ask detailed questions during consultations and maybe even bring a friend who speaks both languages just to be extra sure nothing gets lost in translation. It's definitely worth taking your time to chat with a few places before deciding.
