Hi everyone! I'm Bella from Indonesia, and I'm currently planning to go to Seoul next month for an aesthetic consultation. However, I'm a bit worried about the language barrier. My English is okay, but I'm not a native speaker. I'm worried about technical matters that I don't fully understand, especially regarding treatment results and expectations.
Has anyone had a consultation in Seoul and could share their experience? Do most clinics accept consultations in English, or what's the system like? I'm also curious if anyone has used a translator or had a friend speak Indonesian with them. How important is accurate communication during an initial consultation like this?
Anyway, if anyone can share any tips or experiences, I'd really appreciate it! Thanks in advance, girls! 💕

Bella, are you planning to find a friend or guide who speaks Vietnamese/English to go with you? I'm also worried about medical communication, so I'd appreciate it if you could share your experience after your consultation! 💕
Bella, I totally understand how you feel! I was worried about the language barrier at first too, but I think you'll be fine as many clinics offer English support. However, complex explanations and subtle nuances can be difficult, so I carried a translation app with me and wrote down questions beforehand. It might also be a good idea to contact the clinic in advance to check if they have English-speaking staff. Good luck!
