I had a minor procedure done here yesterday and now my face is quite swollen. I'm a foreigner and not very familiar with post-procedure care. Could anyone with experience please help me out?
I'd like to know what I should do in the next few days to reduce swelling and bruising. I've heard some people use ice packs and drink plenty of water, but I'm not sure if those methods actually help. Also, what should I avoid while recovering? Should I avoid sun exposure, exercise, or anything else?
I would be very grateful if anyone could share their experience. This is my first time having a procedure done abroad, so I'm a little nervous, haha. Thank you all so much!

I'm sorry to hear that you've been in the same situation recently! What has helped you the most in the last few days - applying an ice pack or something else? I'm also trying to get help from abroad for the first time, so I'd like to know.
I'm also a foreigner, and I was swollen for several days after my last treatment. I later found that ice packs really helped, especially for the first two or three days! Also, trying to elevate your head while sleeping will make you more comfortable. Remember to ask your medical staff what activities to avoid, as the recovery period varies for each treatment. Wishing you a speedy reduction in swelling 😊
