Hi everyone, I'm Diep from Vietnam. I'm looking into beauty services in Korea, but the big problem is I don't know much Korean. When I look at reviews on local review sites, I only use Google Translate, but I'm not sure if it's accurate, and I'm afraid of missing important details.
Is anyone else in a similar situation? For those of you who have had beauty treatments in Korea without knowing Korean, is there a way to trust reviews more? What signs should I look for to know if a review is reliable? For example, what sentences should I pay attention to, or what red flags should I avoid?
I'd also like to know if anyone has relied on before-and-after photos to evaluate a service instead of just reading the text? Or do you usually ask friends or other foreigners for their experiences? I'd really appreciate your opinions. Thank you!

I had the same problem! To be honest, it's worrying when you can't understand the subtle details with just Google Translate. In my case, I had a Korean friend read several reviews and explain only the really important parts. Comparing photos was also the easiest way to understand. Good luck! 😊
Hi everyone, I'm also from Vietnam and experiencing the same thing! I'm wondering if, when you look at before-and-after photos, you can find pictures of people with similar skin tones or features to yours? I think that's much more helpful than relying solely on handwriting 😅
