Looking for a dermatology clinic in Korea... How do foreigners find trustworthy clinics?

Hi everyone, I'm Hsinyi from Taiwan. I've been thinking about getting some skin treatments in Seoul recently, but honestly, I'm a bit unsure where to start. My English is okay, but my Korean is really bad, so I'm quite worried about communication issues.

I wanted to ask you all, how do you find clinics you can trust? Do you rely on friend recommendations or online reviews? Also, is having a translator or an English-speaking doctor during consultations really important? I'd love to hear about everyone's experiences. Has anyone been to a clinic and encountered communication barriers?

Additionally, I'd like to ask, what questions should I ask a clinic during the initial consultation to determine if they're reliable? For example, should I inquire about their certifications and qualifications? Or are there any other red flags I should be aware of? I hope experienced sisters can offer some advice. Thank you!
