Can anyone share their experiences on how to find a good clinic? Do I need to hire an interpreter, or are there clinics with staff who speak good English? Also, what should I check before a consultation? I'm worried about miscommunication with the doctor, as this is quite a serious matter.

Also, I think the best approach is to get consultations at multiple clinics and then decide based on the staff's response and the thoroughness of their explanations.
