As a foreigner, how can you tell if reviews for Korean cosmetic clinics are reliable?

Hello everyone, I'm Tao, from China. I've recently been considering coming to Korea for some medical aesthetic procedures, but I'm struggling with the language barrier. My Korean isn't very good, and when I look at Korean review websites, I often can't figure out what people are really trying to say. Are there any friends who can teach me how to tell if a review is genuine? Or, are there any obvious red flags that should make me wary?

I've noticed that some clinics' reviews seem almost too perfect, but they always feel a bit strange. For example, are all five-star reviews, or do the review wordings sound very similar? Are these danger signs? Also, is there any way to see feedback from real users, rather than promotions posted by the clinics themselves?

Additionally, I'd like to know how to find reliable sources of information through Chinese communities or other channels. Is anyone willing to share their experiences? Thank you all!
