How can foreigners find reliable clinics in Korea?

Hello everyone, I'm Shuting from Taiwan. I'm recently considering getting some aesthetic treatments in Korea, but as a foreigner, I'm feeling a bit lost. I'd like to ask everyone here, how do you find trustworthy clinics?

My biggest concern is actually communication. Some people say it's best to find places with Chinese consultations, but I'm not sure if that's really necessary, or if English would suffice. Also, does anyone know how to check if a clinic is reliable? Like, what questions are important to ask?

And regarding translation, do you all bring your own translators, or do clinics provide them? Will it be very troublesome if I go alone? I hope those with experience can share, thank you!
