Oh, I totally get it! I had the same issue when I first came to Korea. Try to relax that area often with gentle massage and consciously avoid leaning your neck too much. It'll get better! 💙

I can totally relate! That stiff feeling in the back of your neck is so uncomfortable, especially after sitting at the computer for a long time. I'm not sure if I should try anything to ease it either. Have you tried any methods yet? 😭
