Hi friends! I'm Gerel from Mongolia. I had a minor procedure done in Seoul the other day. Now that I'm back home, I still have some swelling and puffiness on my face. I understand this is normal, but I'm not sure how to speed up the recovery process.
I'm doing cold compresses now and making sure to get plenty of rest. But are there other things I can do? For example, what should my diet be like, or are there things I should avoid during this time? What have you done to improve your skin's ability to heal and recover faster?
I'd love to hear about your experiences! Also, I'm not really sure how long this type of recovery process typically takes. Please give me some good advice, thanks!

Hey Geral, I've been thinking about trying something similar to what you did, so this post really helped me a lot! I heard that swelling in the first few days is totally normal, so just try to stay calm—I'm sure you'll be fine.
I also had a minor procedure done in Seoul and experienced some swelling, but I noticed that when I drank a lot of water and reduced my salt intake a bit, the swelling went down much faster! You could try elevation (like sleeping on more pillows) because it helped me a lot 🙏
