I'm not sure if these sebum supplements are actually effective... ㅠㅠ
I've been taking sebum supplements and wanted to share my honest experience...
It all started after I began working at a convenience store. The combination of night shifts and an irregular diet caused a sudden increase in sebum on my cheeks and jawline. After finishing a late shift, I stopped by the supermarket and saw my reflection in the refrigerator glass – I was overwhelmed by acne and greasiness all at once, and all I wanted was to rush home. ㅠㅠ I heard that taking sebum supplements could help, so I decided to give them a try.
It's been over two months since I started taking the sebum supplements. My acne seems to have reduced slightly, but the greasiness on my nose and forehead remains the same. Honestly, I don't feel like the sebum supplements alone are effectively controlling sebum production itself;;
Lately, my cheeks have become red and dry, so it feels like I'm dealing with sebum, acne, and an atopic reaction all at once. With just the sebum supplements, I don't know where to even begin tackling these issues.
For those of you who have tried sebum supplements and seen results, please share how you incorporated them into your routine. I'd love to hear your advice! :)

I thought things were getting a little better while taking sebum supplements, but then I used my part-time job as an excuse to completely abandon my routine. Since then, my sebum production has exploded, and my acne has become chronic. I get so upset every time I look in the mirror after finishing my early morning shift.
It's so hard to stick to a routine while working a graveyard shift, isn't it? I'm in a similar situation right now, and reading this really hit home because you mentioned it's become chronic ㅠㅠ
Wow.. this is exactly my situation from 4 months ago, so I couldn't just scroll past without leaving a comment..!! I was in a similar boat, tried creams, medications, and supplements for sebum, and changed everything, but my skin just got worse ㅠ Then, a pharmacist friend gave me Cretinon tablets, and I finally recovered ㅠㅠ
I'm going through the same thing... Do I need a separate prescription for Cretinon tablets...?
I think I've heard of it... Were there any side effects, by any chance?
When I asked, they said I didn't need a separate prescription for Cretinon tablets... haha. It's originally an overseas product, but now that it's produced domestically, it's available for purchase online~~
I've been taking it for a little over a month, and I can visibly see my symptoms improving. I've continued taking it for about 4 months now, and it's been great! ㅎㅎ I think it might be because of the patented skin care ingredients, but I haven't experienced any side effects! Hmm... I'm sharing a photo from after 1 month of use for your reference.
Wow, I'm so glad I asked... I'm going to try purchasing Cretinon tablets Max!!
Taking sebum supplements alone didn't significantly reduce sebum production itself. After switching to a skin cải thiện agent, the oiliness level changed completely compared to before.
The oiliness changes? I didn't realize the type of supplement could make such a big difference. I think I should switch too!
Are there supplements for sebum? I've only been using cosmetics...
Yes, yes, these days they even have supplements for sebum and things like that! I was recommended a skin improver for the above, so I think I'll take that one ㅎㅎ
I have atopy too, so I can't really use sebum supplements or products for sebum management, which makes me relate to this so much.
Ah, I'm so glad to see someone who relates!
